This is a contract service for processing the outer shape and molding parts of insert molds based on drawings. We combine wire cutting, electrical discharge machining, machining, and surface grinding according to the shape and required precision. For through contours and irregular outer peripheries, we consider wire cutting, while for bottomed concave shapes, deep grooves, and small radii, we use electrical discharge machining, examining the methods for each part. We check not only the dimensions of the outer shape and molding parts but also the positional relationship between the two and the standards between processes. Please consult us for processing after hardening or for single-piece production of replacement inserts. Since it may not be possible to determine the original design dimensions from only the worn-out actual item, please prepare the manufacturing drawings and CAD data.
